Job Title: Reporting: ESSN Marketing & Communications Executive ESSN Country Marketing Manager Position Summary Scope of role: As the Marketing Executive you will work across all 4 business units within ESSN – ISS, SWD, BCS and HPN. This requires a candidate who is able to work well both in a team and independently, is able to manage time and resources proactively and effectively and is able to deliver ad-hoc tasks as competently as reoccurring tasks. On a day to day basis you will play the important part of ensuring HP’s key marketing and business messages are delivered to the correct people both inside and outside of HP, in both an informative and appropriate manner. Your key areas are: Internal and Channel Communication, Case Study and Reference Management and Website Management. In addition, your main responsibilities will focus around supporting the Campaign Managers & working alongside them to execute their campaigns successfully. You will have the chance to work on different types of Marketing Campaigns including Social Media, Direct Marketing & Online Advertising. Key Responsibilities: Internal and external communication o Internal announcements of marketing, sales and business unit information o Channel (Partner) announcements of marketing, sales and business unit information o ESSN Smart portal content management o ESSN general communications o All content to be provided by campaign/BU owner Web-page management o Updating and content creation on HP ESSN Intranet o Updating and content creation on ESSN Partner Portal (Smart Portal) o Adhoc HP.com website updating (Campaigns, Event Tool etc) Managing the ESSN Communications and the ESSN Marketing Campaign Mailbox Preparing & running weekly calls with an external Marketing Agency & the Hewlett-Packard Telemarketing team Co-ordination and collation of the monthly Drum Beat call briefing pack Providing ESSN Marcom support to Campaign Manager’s adapting globally created campaign assets, such as direct mail, electronic direct mail, online banner creative’s, to ensure they are fit for purpose for the UK&I markets. Working with Campaign Managers, Marketing Agency and Marketing Operations UK on the execution of globally created and locally created campaigns into the UK&I marketplace, ensuring brand compliance of all campaign assets. Including: o Campaign and data briefing o Agency, budget and brand management o Lead management and ROI monitoring Reporting lead for all ESSN ROI and activity reports including: o Bi-weekly ROI Reporting for all ESSN/BU campaigns o Weekly SRE tool management and reporting o Weekly EMEA activity reports Level Intern Salary Standard Placement Student salary Location Bracknell Placement timeline July 2012 – August 2013 Application Please send you CV with covering letter to [email protected].
