(Contract until Mid December 2010)

What you will achieve in this role:
 Lead the roll out of the marketing and communication plan and go-to market strategy to build sustainable
reach and awareness of CSI’s value propositions & capabilities among CSI’s B2B client groups.
 Work closely with Customer Insight, Marketing and Client Development teams to ensure that corporate
outreach programs and objectives are evaluated against key success factors and metrics.
 Manage multiple channels including social media, email, events and promotions, and networking
platforms.
 Manage the B2B database upgrades and expand contact/list information as required
 Develop SEO and SEM tactics
 Share results and recommendations with client development, marketing teams and senior leadership.
 Establish processes and best practices.
 Develop cohesive B2B marketing strategy and plan for 2011 and onward to increase customer awareness
and engagement with CSI’s key corporate clients:
o Create budgets, define objectives and lead the development of the 2011 B2B marketing plan.
o Marketing Program Development & Execution: Define and execute marketing programs and
promotions to raise awareness of product solutions. Define key success factors and performance
metrics for marketing programs and analyze results accordingly.
o Market Segmentation & Messaging: Based on knowledge of CSI’s corporate customers and target
market, work closely with Client Development and Customer Insight on identifying and nurturing
key prospects and channels, audience specific value propositions and key messages.
What you will bring to this role:
 Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications
 +5 years of business development/B2B marketing experience; online B2B experience preferred
 +2 years of CRM/data. Segmentation and analysis experience in a central marketing team or agency
equivalent
 +2 years experience managing Email marketing and Search Engine Marketing campaigns.
 Demonstrated success in formulating and executing B2B marketing programs, including forecasting,
strategies and tactics.



Specific experience launching B2B customer acquisition and development programs
Expertise working with internal and external sales organizations
Experience working with marketing agencies including creative & copy briefing processes and project
management.
Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills (Technical Competencies)
 Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Windows programs, as well as an inclination to apply
them as required
 Proven analytical ability. Must be savvy and passionate about numbers, market indicators and metrics,
and must have experience and analytical skills to translate hard data into strategic plans including
analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and
retention)
 Experience with CRM and sales contact databases (e.g. ACT, Salesforce.com etc.)
 Excellent oral and written communications, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, to communicate rationale, and to
identify and learn from mistakes and make necessary mid-course adjustments
 Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and ability to foster / manage relationships across
multiple departments
 Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment
 Demonstrated success in formulating and executing marketing programs, including forecasting, strategies
and tactics. Specific experience launching B2B customer lead management and development programs
 Familiarity Canadian Financial Institutions B2B marketing and sales strongly preferred.
 Expertise working with internal business development organizations.
 Experience working with agencies in terms of project management and delivery
