Topics for …nal presentations. Integrated
Devices for Optical Communications. Graduate
course
Dr. B.I.Lembrikov, Dr. Y.Ben Ezra
Holon Academic Institute of Technology.
Department of Communication Engineering.
Graduate School
I.
General Regulations
1. Students must choose a topic for a …nal presentation, according to the syllabus, from the following list of general subjects studied in the framework
of the course.
2. The presentation can be carried out by one student, or by a group consisting of no more than two students.
3.
The same topics of presentation for di¤erent
students are strictly forbidden.
4. The chosen topic must be registered at Dr. B.I.Lembrikov up to 1.01.05.
5. During the preparation of a presentation students are strongly recommended to use the materials of the books from Syllabus list; other monographs related to the topic; original papers from IEEE journals available
through the Internet; other public domain Internet databases. The contribution of these materials into the presentation will in‡uence substantially
the resulting mark.
6. The presentation should have a duration time of about 15 minutes.
