Job Type:Full Time Job Description: The MarketingExecutive will develop and execute, marketing strategies and account policies forend consumers/OEM in the assigned territory in collaboration with sales andmarketing team members. Key JobResponsibilities: · To develop new customers and end consumers and penetrate new markets/sectors. · Establish and implement a market development plan to grow business in newareas for PPCIL, OEM's and end consumers. · Initiate and manage new product development projects/feasibilities inconjunction with new/exiting OEM's. · Provide insight into the specification process, pricing and potentialapplications within the end consumer/OEM target industries/sectors. · Developand execute, marketing strategies and account policies for new/existing OEM'sin assigned territories in collaboration with marketing and sales team members. · Managetechnical issues and business development assignments in collaboration withtechnical services department as per need basis. · Establish,develop, prepare and execute new marketing and business development strategiesfor the purpose of increasing demand for PPCIL's products as well as enhancingcompany’s visibility in end consumer segment/sectors. · Developclose networking and relations with key decision makers and industryinfluencers such as end consumer marketing and sales teams, company owners,manufacturing engineers and designers, machine supervisors etc. focusing ongrowth market opportunities · Interfacebetween end consumers and OEMs business development teams for new productdevelopment and applications. · Managerelationships with end consumers, OEM's on day to day basis. · Stayupdated on territorial customers and end consumers regarding their companyinformation such as any developments, change of contacts and personnel etc. · Conductmarket surveys and develop marketing/promotional plans for new/existing productapplications in existing/new end consumer segments/sectors. CriticalSkills/Criteria: · FRESHGRADUATE BBA/ BE / MBA · 1-2years of experience in business development or technical sales ofpolymers/chemicals or additives etc. · Excellent communication and presentation skills for presentinginformation to customers and internal teams, · Demonstratedcommunication (written and oral) skills · Relevantknowledge of assigned territory in terms of industries and sectors etc. · Strongorganization and planning skills Interested May forward their resume at [email protected] mentioning subject line as “ZAB – Marketing Executive” latest by 01/02/2014
