Article VI “This Constitution, and the Laws
of the United States which shall be
made in Pursuance thereof… shall
be the supreme Law of the Land”
Sharia Law Sharia ("the path/the way") claims
to be the highest law in the world
and all other legal codes are
inferior. After all, Islamic doctrine
holds that Sharia is Allah's law
and the US Constitution is manmade, making Sharia superior.
Therefore, when Sharia Law says a
thief’s hands should be cut off
(RotT o14.0; Q 5:33), it directly
conflicts with the US Constitution,
which considers such a
punishment to be cruel and
unusual (8th Amendment).

Convert, Submit & Pay a
Submission Tax, or Die
Quran 9:29 - “Fight those who believe not in
Allah until they pay the Jizya with willing
submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
After leaving Mecca for Medina, using this
directive, Mohammad increased his following
from 150 to over 100,000 and conquered
Arabia.
Islamic Doctrine Foundations
#1 - Obey Allah and his
Messenger Without Questioning
Muslims are not authorized to even have an
opinion on a matter once Mohammad has made
a decision (Quran 33:36 & 4:65). After all,
Mohammad was an excellent example (33:21)
(Quran 3:132, 4:13-14, 4:41-42, and 26:105) #2 - Newer Revelations Can
Replace Older Ones
The later chapters (surahs) in the Quran
supersede the earlier ones. Thus, while Quran
2:256 says, “no compulsion in religion,” 9:5 says,
“slay the idolaters wherever you find them.” This
is the principle of “Abrogation.”

#3 - Lie to Advance Islam
Muslims are authorized to lie about their faith if
they feel threatened. They are also allowed to lie
in three specific circumstances: 1) in battle, 2) to
reconcile believers, and 3) to their spouses.
(Quran 3:28 and Sahih Muslim B32, N6303)
#4 - Kill and Conquer for Allah
Mohammad said, “I have been ordered to fight
against the people until they testify that none has
the right to be worshipped but Allah and that
Mohammad is Allah's Apostle” (See #1 above).
Allah loves those who fight for his cause in battle
array.

#5 - Convert, Pay, or Die
Invite them to (accept) Islam; If they refuse to
accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If
they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and
fight [kill] them.

Mohammad’s Last Guidance
Surah 9 in the Quran is considered by many
scholars to be the last Quranic chapter written
(chapters are numbered by length, not when they
were written). Here are the last orders given by
Allah, through Gabriel, through Mohammad (See #1 in Islamic Doctrine Foundations again)
9:3 - No agreements are valid with idolaters
(includes Jews and Christians - explained in 9:30)
9:5 - Slay the idolaters wherever you find them
9:23 - Do not make friends with non-Muslims
9:28 - Idolaters (includes Jews and Christians) are unclean and not allowed to approach the sacred mosque
9:29 - Fight Jews and Christians until they become Muslims or pay tribute and feel themselves subjugated
9. Women MUST BE OBEDIENT TO THEIR
HUSBANDS or be beaten (Quran 4:34)
9:30 - Jews and Christians imitate disbelievers of old. Allah (Himself) fights against them. They are perverse!
10. Women must COVER THEIR FACES (Bukhari
5:59:462, 6:60:282)
9:33 - Islam must triumph over all religions
11. Women have LIMITS AGAINST THEM (Quran
2:228, 4:34, and Bukhari 9:88:219)
9:36 - There is no “sacred month” in which fighting non-Muslims is forbidden
12. Women are INFERIOR TO MEN (Quran 2:228,
4:34)
9:37 - Using a 365-day solar calendar instead of a 354-day lunar calendar is a “grossly impious practice”

Islamic Scriptures
Based on Foundation #1, Muslims must know what
Mohammad said to obey him. Therefore, the Quran
is inadequate for this task. Islamic scriptures
actually include three collections: 1) Quran (what
Mohammad received; 2) Hadith (what Mohammad
said - Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim are Hadiths);
and 3) Sira (what Mohammad did - the Life of
Mohammad). Islam is about much more than the
Quran.
9:39 - Muslims who do not fight against nonMuslims will be sternly punished and replaced by others
9:41 - Whether unarmed or well-equipped, fight for the cause of Allah with your money and your
persons
9:60 - Charitable contributions shall be used to
advance Islam, among other things)
9:111 - Muslims are called to “kill and be killed,” for this they will be rewarded in paradise 9:121 - Provoking non-Muslims is a good deed in the sight of Allah
9:123 - Muslims are called to make war on all
infidels who dwell around them
