Athena was the Goddess of War, the female counterpart of Ares.

She came from Zeus’s forehead fully grown

She was Zeus’s favorite child

Aphrodite was the goddess of fertility, love, and beauty.

She was the mother of Hermaphroditus by Hermes.

Aphrodite used a swan-drawn car to glide easily through the air.


The peacock was sacred to her.

He was consequently expelled from his family as an infant.

Paris and Hector were brothers
