Job Description Job details Job Title: Department: Role reports to: (Managers Job Title) Date: Location: Job Number (HR use): Marketing Exec England, Wales & NI Marketing Manager – Operational Delivery November 2015 Banbury 602 Job purpose - overview Support the Marketing Manager and programme managers in delivering B2B marketing plans that help deliver programme business targets by ensuring effective communication between WRAP and its internal and external audiences, stimulating behavioural change and measuring communications outcomes. Core accountabilities Support the Marketing Manager to create audience-facing marketing plans for all programmes; including research, STP, channels, tactics, impact metrics, timeline and budget. Develop a comprehensive understanding of WRAP’s business and other organisational audiences through audience research. Set clear marketing priorities focussed on delivering behavioural change in accordance with programme proposals and programme area strategies. Integrate with other WRAP teams to understand their objectives and priorities, and provide expert guidance on marketing initiatives - ensuring timely delivery of plans, within budget and to required standards. Design and Implement high quality communications, briefing and managing framework agencies where appropriate. Work with key external partners, including other government departments and bodies, to deliver co-ordinated activities with maximum impact. Evaluate these activities to ensure value for money and that measurable behavioural change with the target audience can be demonstrated. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to undertake other work within the Marketing Team as required. Job essentials Demonstrable evidence of experience in a marketing role or department. Demonstrable evidence of experience of design, digital, copywriting, delivery and critical review of a range of marketing materials. An understanding of the strategy and tactics required to deliver communication & marketing campaigns. Evidence of experience of delivering consistent marketing output which follows brand guidelines and supports key messages and targets. Evidence of experience of working with a range of teams, accounts, or projects at the same time, to deliver clarity and coherence of an organisation’s core message. Evidence of experience of working with external suppliers including briefing and managing communication agencies to deliver quality work to time and on budget.
