Due to COVID-19 protocols and measures we have put into place to protect our staff,
patients
and families, our apppointments have been spaced out and less patients are being seen
therefore each appointment is carefully prepared for your child. We have implemented the
following to ensure the best quality care for your child:
If you are unable to attend your appointment as scheduled, we ask that you contact us by
phone 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. We will work with you to
reschedule your child's appointment for a time that better accommodates your family's
schedule. Please note the following fees associated with late cancellations and missed
appointments.
Late Cancellations Fee: If you contact us to cancel one or multiple appointments with fewer
than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
Missed Appointment Fee: If you no-show for an appointment, you will be charged a $100
missed appointment fee.
Tardiness: If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment
time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
If you arrive late but fewer than 10 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment
time,
you appointment will still take place.
Late cancellation and missed appointment fees cannot be billed to insurance.
