Quantitative Real-Time PCR Service Quantitative Real-Time PCR (qPCR) Quantitative real-time PCR is a powerful and cost-effective means of quantifying the relative amount of a gene or transcript of interest. Applications range from evaluation of microarray and RNAseq transcriptomics data to diagnostics and quantitative investigations of gene expression in response to a range of conditions. Quantitative real-time PCR allows you to answer your gene expression questions on a smaller scale than Next-Generation Sequencing or microarrays. We provide a comprehensive service ranging from project planning and design, primer design & synthesis, reverse transcription, quantitative real-time PCR, data delivery and data analysis. If you’re not familiar with quantitative real-time PCR… …or you are just not sure where to start, then you may prefer to utilise the full breadth of our service, starting with project planning and design during an informal discussion. We can determine the design and type of analysis that will best answer your gene expression questions. We can design and synthesise your primers and advise you on sample types required. Once we have received your sample, will carry out reverse transcription and qPCR data collection. Your raw data will be returned to you electronically for analysis or you can have us do the analysis for you, resulting in a convenient PDF report.
