I am committed to developing my career in Biotechnology/applied molecular biology/medical laboratory
technician and want to see myself at the top in my field. I have experience as medical laboratory analyst
and I want to gain more knowledge via gaining more experience in my field. I want to gain more

Other Experience and Achievement
Project work
 The project was to find cruciferin gene in somatic hybrid cabbage seeds which was produced by
Chinese cabbage and European cabbage. I used PCR technique and RT-PCR technique, DNA and
RNA extraction kit and also used bioinformatics tools (NCBI, UCSC, EMBL, BLAST) for designing
primers to achieve my results. The project was performed at the laboratory of The University of
Greenwich, UK
 Project work on Environmental Aspects and Impacts of ETP. I have been found that Environment
Management System is an effective tool for sustainable development. I carried out that Aspect &
Impact study for the Effluent Treatment Plant an operation has demonstrated the clarity about the
significant aspect of the ETP. The project was performed at Alembic Ltd, Panelav, India
