Roadmap for Transforming students in to Experienced Engineers
Engineering students are turning out to be with only exam passing out students and having no practical knowledge, design knowledge or problem
solving knowledge. Hence in Techno NJR the policy and paradigm will be to emphasize on Industry oriented practical work, design experiments
and making students with good hands on experience in industry required areas.
This document outlines the tentative trainings/workshops/course work/Industry Interaction/Seminars for all the 8 semesters of ECE which must
be followed to make sure that students are developing a sense of engineering and at the time of graduation they should be engineers and not
engineering students who completed the degree.
