IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PLUMSTED, COUNTY OF OCEAN

Authorizing Shared Services Agreement with Township

WHEREAS, the Township and Fire District deem it necessary and appropriate
to secure services relating to development of policies; and
WHEREAS, the Township and Fire District have determined that the securement
of these services would be in the best interest of the entities.
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Fire District
No. 1, in the Township of Plumsted, County of Ocean, as follows:
(1)
The Fire District is authorized to execute any documentation necessary to
secure the above referenced services based on the proposal submitted which is accepted
by the Fire District.

I, Gene Pullen, Clerk of the Commissioners of Fire District No. 1 in the
Township of Plumsted, County of Ocean, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly adopted by the Commissioners at a meeting held on August 17, 2015.
