Name Photo Jim Harrison Overview I am a trauma and orthopaedic surgeon with broad training and experience, having spent 11 years in Malawi, Central Africa before joining the team at the Countess of Chester. I am pro-active and hands-on, and enjoy teaching and research. Trauma – I am happy to take on most fractures and non-unions of upper and lower limbs Hip and knee primary arthroplasty and knee arthroscopy. Lower limb realignment osteotomy for early arthritis. I have published widely under WJ Harrison in areas including HIV and orthopaedic surgery, arthroplasty registries, trauma topics, chronic osteomyelitis, and club foot.
