Download Install the JAVA runtime problem

Procedure to Load SUN JAVA
This procedure to install JAVA might solve problems with slow response time, problems
with viewing image reports, or problems with downloading reports.
1. Open Internet Explorer (IE) and enter URL on the address line:
JAVA.SUN.COM
2. On the far right of the JAVA screen, select Java SE

3. Scroll down until your find “Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 7” and click
on the download button shown here.

4. Accept License agreement.

5. Select the "Windows" for non-64 bit installations or "Windows x64" for 64 bit
installations and click "Continue"

6. Select "Windows Online Installation" and click on "Download Selected with Sun
Download Manager".

Click "Open".

Click on "Start".
This will download the Java software to your desktop.

Double click on the "jre-6u7-win…" Java coffee cup.
This will launch the Java install.

The install will begin.

Click on "Accept" to accept the license agreement.

Click on "Next".

13. The install will take a few minutes.

Click on "Finish".
The install has completed.
