Multicellular Organisms
Multicellular organisms could not exist if they
were only made of one kind of cell.
Why?
Because there is no way for every cell to take in food
and oxygen and get rid of wastes without starving
most cells of oxygen and food, and polluting most
cells with wastes.
Multicellular organisms organize specialized cells
into tissues (ex. muscle), organs (ex. heart) and
Organ Systems (ex. Circulatory System).
