IA Change Request As part of the Information Architecture Procedure, use this form to request changes to existing information architecture (IA) on Primary websites. If the changes involve multiple pages, use this form to refer to the parent or landing page above the effected pages. If the change involves multiple groups of pages, use a separate change request per group. Please complete all sections of this form.
