sources describing a plan or protocol for properly improving your chosen area. Write a 1-2 page
description of your selected component along with a 1-2 page plan of how you intend to address
this area.
Following your personally developed fitness component improvement plan, set aside one or two
days to get started. Describe your first impressions and noticeable immediate impact of putting
your plan into action. Make sure you discuss any physical or mental barriers you encountered
and how you reacted to these. Also include what personal fitness goals you intend to achieve
with your new fitness plan and now that you have started it, how you will ensure you stay
motivated to continue.
Please come prepared to discuss your experience in class when this assignment is due on March
