Problem solving Week of: Marc 2 to March 13 / 2015 Plan Children will participate in morning meeting where songs related to Teddy Bear will be introduced. Children will help build friendship with positive social and cognitive experience playing side by side. Support children ask they communicate wants and needs to her peers and teachers. To encourage language development asking each child to tell bear’s name, color, size whether o not they sleep with . teddy bear. Counting from 1 to 5 Singing songs to promote rhythm and patterns. Children will play with bear puzzles and bear puppets Children will read and be read books related to bears. Children will increase your vocabulary with new words such as: Teddy bear, brown bear and growl like bear. Self-regulation/self-soothing Introduce/ identify colors. Motor Learning (Large and fine motor learning) To work with Teddy Bear stickers help the children to develop hand and eye coordination and fine motor skills. Teddy bear rhyme it teaches children to follow directions and help develop body coordination. Painting on a paper plate using their hands or a brush developing his/her self-expression skills Teddy bear game will help them practice their throwing skills.
