Where’s teddy?
One day a little girl called Daisy bought a teddy bear at a
garage sale. What she didn’t know was that the garage sale
owner used to be a mad scientist and spilt some toxic
chemicals on the teddy bear when he was experimenting but
he didn’t care.
When Daisy went home she did the same thing she did with
all her teddies. She put them on her bedside table until she
went to bed. As night struck and it began to get dark she
kissed her mum goodnight and curled up silently into her bed
and went to sleep.
As soon as Daisy had gone to sleep and midnight started the
teddy bear opened its black as night eyes and moved its
fiendish paws and it jumped of the cabinet and slowly drifted
down to the ground. He looked up at Daisy, made sure she
was asleep, and kept on walking.
The teddy jumped and opened the door and walked bravely
straight out of the room. The teddy explored the giant
library, the massive living room and most of all the kitchen
with all the delicious food in it.
One night when he was gobbling snacks he saw some keys. “I
wonder what they are for”. Thought teddy. I wonder if they
are for dads silver golf”. So he grabbed the keys and went
into the garage. He opened the door to the car and he sped
away. After 30 minutes of driving around teddy drove back
home and tried to put it into the garage but he scratched it
on a fence post and it mad a SCREECH! Sound. Teddy laughed
his evil laugh.
So every night the teddy would wait until everyone was
asleep and he would creep down and wreck the house and
when the sun came up he got back on the cabinet and stood
there all day. Until one day it went wrong…
On the fifth night when he was in the library he saw a bit of
paper hanging behind a painting but when he pulled the
painting back a safe appeared. As he unlocked it he saw all
the money in it then he had a thought and he whispered
“when I take this house I’ll be rich”.
So the teddy thought and thought until he decided he was
going to scare the family away. So because he had magical
powers he switched the library and the kitchen round and
the kitchen and the family around.
When the family woke up they saw they were in different
rooms and when they went out of their rooms they saw
teddy in front of them. Because they were so scared they
threw the teddy out. But only two days later a boy called Billy
found the teddy and brought it home but the problem was
he had no idea how much trouble he was in for!
