Description: All state Insurance Company is one of the reputed Insurance providers for Auto, Life, Home, and
Business. All State provides insurance product to more than 16 million households and has exclusively 12,900
agencies and financial specialists in the US and Canada. The data warehouse was being designed for the All State
auto insurance group to provide a household view of all their customers and also enables their call center data
sharing. Informatica tools were used to source data from various sources like flat files, oracle and populate a Data
Warehouse on an Oracle database. The data warehouse was to provide the managers of All State, the Slice and
Dice capability to analyze the data they have.
Responsibilities:











Extensively used Informatica Power center for extracting, transforming and loading databases from
Oracle and non-Oracle databases.
Wrote SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers and cursors for implementing business rules and
transformations.
Extensively used ETL to load data from different source systems like Oracle, Flat files...etc into the
Staging table and load the data into the target database.

Division of Bank One, we built a customer-centric data warehouse to analyze transactions across finance,

warehouse is growing in analytical richness, including functionality.
