TopLine Management is a regionally owned company specializing in managing all aspects of
Homeowners’ Associations and Special Districts’ needs. Our goal is to take the burden off the
Board of Directors and owners to create a management style unique to each company.
Homeowners’ Associations and Special Districts’ choose what service best fits the needs of the
entity, then we sit down with each board and narrow the focus that both parties agree and within
the budget. TopLine Management can start with Quarterly reviews of financial records or
control all aspects of management and financial records. Our strategy is to do as much or little as
a client needs but make sure that your records are in order, and you’re comfortable with the
services provided.
TopLine Management is different from Property Management companies because our goal is to
work with Association’s or District’s as a whole and not individual Property Management of
units. We treat each Association or District like we would a small business in helping make wise
decisions in financial matters, maintenance, budget, governing records, etc. In our initial
interview with the board, together we decide the services that best fits each Association, are cost
effective, and meet every need of the business. The following list are services that TopLine
