MA 08 Online Update 5/10/13
Hope you have a terrific and a very, very, very, productive day  Mr. Taylor
First of all, PLEASE LOG in and CHECK YOUR GRADES.
https://mymps.mpsaz.org/#students
For those of you, that when given a TEAM TEST last Friday, and YOU HAVE turned it
in, please scroll down to page 2. I am sure you may quite possibly read this as well. 
If you HAVE NOT TURNED in a TEAM TEST, when it was DUE on TUESDAY, please
see how it has impacted your grade. Also take a look at how NOT FINISHING or
TURNING in other assignments this week has impacted your grade. Not sure what you
were thinking by these actions, but the consequences are pretty evident.
Please email me at [email protected] and let me know why you should STILL be
ABLE to RECEIVE credit for this important grade. Please tell me why your actions or
lack of actions helps make a case, or does not make a case, as to why you are ready
and prepared for a High School Level Grade and Credit next school year when that
grade will count towards your high school overall grades and credits. I suppose that
your not messaging me sends a message to myself and others they we may care more
about your grade then you possibly do.
To POSSIBLY receive credit, SHOW WORK for ALL PROBLEMS…..and make sure
you have a Parent Signature. No work shown….problems will be marked wrong. No
parent signature? Don’t turn it in…..
TODAY….DUE before you LEAVE CLASS….and IF you USE YOUR TIME WISELY
and PROPERLY…you WILL BE ABLE to FINISH and DO WELL on the FOLLOWING
TWO ACUITY ASSIGNMENTS…..IF NOT…your GRADE will BE BASED on WHAT
YOU DON’T COMPLETE….Each is timed and are REVIEW questions from MA 08. A
calculator and reference sheet will be provided in the Acuity Tests…
https://www.acuityathome.com/index.jsp
Make Up Test 1 510
Make Up Test 2 510
Good luck…you need to begin now….when you have finished come back to the next
page.

Previous and ongoing ACUITY assignments....
I will TAKE a COMBINATION of the FOLLOWING GRADES..and AVERAGE them
TOWARDS your GRADE...so ONE LOW GRADE will not have a big impact negatively
on your overall grade....BUT DOING VERY LITTLE in CLASS THIS WEEK WILL, as it
is a natural consequence of a student’s actions (or lack of actions).
