This book will be graded based on the rubric provided and as we go through the unit. This book will act as your review guide for the District Assessment. Book Requirements/Information: 1. The book will include a cover page with a relevant unique title along with your name, period, and illustration. 2. The book will consist of FOUR pages (folded in half). 3. This should be in BULLET POINTS 4. Each system should have the following information: a. The name of the System b. 1 Point: What is the overall function/s of this system? c. 2 Points: What other body systems does this body system work with? (Name 2 and describe how they work together) d. 2 Points: What are the major organs/parts that make up the body system? i. What is the job of each of these major organs/parts? e. 1 Pont: Labeled diagram of this system f. 1 Point: 4 listed illnesses or conditions associated with this system (diabetes, heart disease, stomach ulcers, enlarged thyroid) g. 3 Points: Other parts of the system… See the back h.
