M/S/P to send Earl Machart a summary letter regarding his continuing disregard for State liquor
laws and the Federal Dam Code of Ordinances
City Audit will be done by Glorvige, Theis, Lind & Co
The DNR does not have an issue with what is proposed by parcel ID # is: 88-351-0210 and would
not require a permit for the placement of 5 yards of material as long as:
All material is placed above the water line and rocks (nothing in the rocks or water) and
is used to fill and grade area flat for existing foot traffic,
a silt fence is placed along the entire shoreline where work is occurring,
the exposed area is immediately vegetated with grasses or other perennial vegetation
and if constructed later in season other erosion controls such as straw mats or straw should be
placed to limit erosion into the lake, and
no impervious materials such as stones, block or concrete are placed.
M/S/P to pay Bill Adam’s, IHOL Board of Directors for posts & pickup of fire number signs
M/S/P to pay Hinderscheit for mowing city property before the Memorial holiday and
reimbursement for repairing the broken flag pole.
