PARENTS of CAST and CREW of Little Women:

Per school policy, a Pay-to-Participate fee of $50 is due for each cast and crew member involved in this
production.
The Westerville North Theatre Boosters traditionally provide food and water for the cast and crew on
full-dress rehearsal days the week of the production. For Little Women the Boosters will be providing
these meals on Mon. Nov. 5 and Wed. Nov. 7 (not on Tue. Nov. 6 as there will be no school that day).
We are asking that each student bring in a donation of $3.00 to help cover the cost of these meals. The
Boosters will be covering any additional meal expenses. If this donation would be a hardship for your
family, please have your student let the director know in private and feel welcome to attend the meals.
There will be many volunteer needs coming from both the director and the boosters. They will be
publicized through e-mails, on the school website (click on Booster Information), and on our facebook
page (Westerville North Theatre Boosters). Please share your contact information, check for updates,
and consider helping with needs such as:
o props, set-building, costumes
o rehearsal dinners
o backstage
o front of house duties on performance nights (concessions, tickets, ushering, flowers)
