Leadership is a set of skills and attitudes that can be learned and developed. Youth at any age can begin to develop leadership skills in their homes, schools and clubs. They hold the capacity through their leadership to make a difference in others’ lives, their communities, their county, and their world. ~ PARTICIPANTS GAIN ~ 21st Century Skills, such as: Teambuilding Leadership Communication Goal-Setting Problem-Solving Critical Thinking Social & Emotional Intelligence What Participants Have to Say: “I learned how being a leader requires you to know the strengths and weaknesses of people in your group.” Workshop Goals: Acquire leadership skills.
