Application Form
Program Timeline and Commitments
Making Mathematical Connections is a three-year program. For each year of participation in the
program, you will have the option of receiving a cash stipend of $1540, or 4 non-degree graduate credits
from UW Oshkosh. No tuition or fees will be charged. In addition, you will receive a $100 stipend for
taking surveys and assessments for our program’s evaluation. We ask that all participants make a threeyear commitment to the program, and agree to participate in the following program activities:

Classroom Projects and collaboration during district-provided inservice time
Content-Focused Coaching by math faculty including a classroom
visit, and pre- and post-lesson conferences.
Workshop during in-service time with focus on implementing
classroom lessons in Number and Algebraic Thinking
