REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL For Advertising Planning and Buying Services Description: Portland Community College (PCC), Oregon, is requesting sealed Proposals from qualified Proposers to enter into a professional service agreement for “Advertising Planning and Buying Services”. Qualified Advertising Agencies to work collaboratively with the Marketing staff at PCC to negotiate with electronic and print media for media buying and partnership opportunities consistent with PCC’s Marketing Plan. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be used to select a qualified vendor. The subsequent contract will be a three (3) year contract with two (2) one (1) year extensions at the College’s option, five (5) year’s total term. Questions are to be submitted via the directions listed in the RFP no later than, Wednesday, March 30, 2011, 1:00 PM., local nd time. All questions must be sent to Sandy Wanner at [email protected], or PCC-Downtown Center, 722 SW 2 Avenue, Floor #2, Portland, OR 97204. nd Sealed Proposals will be received at the Issuing Office, PCC-Downtown Center, 722 SW 2 Avenue, Floor #2, Portland, OR 97204. Deadline for submitting a Proposal will be no later than Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 1:00 PM, local time. Office hours for receipt of Proposals are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
