FARMAKOLOGI
HYALOPH ® tetes mata mengandung Natrium Hialuronat yang bekerja dengan mengikat fibronektin dan
mempercepat proses adhesi dan ekstensi sel epitel.
Natrium Hialuronat memiliki kemampuan menyimpan air
yang baik, karena tiap molekul Natrium Hialuronat
dapat mengikat sejumlah molekul air.
PHARMACOLOGY
HYALOPH ® sterile eye drops contains Sodium Hyaluronate that binds to fibronection and accelerates the
adhesion and extension of epithelial cells. Sodium
Hyaluronate has an excellent water-holding property
because each Sodium Hyaluronate molecule can retain
an amount of H2O molecules.
INDIKASI
Untuk meringankan sensasi terbakar, iritasi dan ketidaknyamanan karena kekeringan pada mata dan mempercepat perbaikan kerusakan permukaan mata seperti
sindrom Sjorgen dan sindrom sicca (dry eye).
INDICATIONS
For relief of burning sensation, irritation and discomfort
due to dryness of the eye and for accelerate the
improvement of ocular sur face disorders such as
Sjorgen's syndrome and sicca syndrome (dry eye).
KONTRA-INDIKASI
Hipersensitif terhadap Natrium Hialuronat.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to Sodium Hyaluronate.
EFEK SAMPING
Efek samping yang dapat terjadi pada pemakaian konsentrasi 0,1% - 5% adalah:
- Rasa gatal pada mata, iritasi, konjungtivitis, injeksi konjungtiva, lesi pada kornea seperti keratitis superfisialis
difusa.
- Reaksi hipersensitif berupa blefaritis dan dermatitis kelopak mata.
Jika efek samping tersebut terjadi, hentikan pemakaian.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
The following adverse reactions may occur when using
concentration 0.1% - 5%:
- Eye itching, irritation, conjunctivitis, conjunctival injection, corneal lesion such as keratitis superficial diffuse.
- Hypersensitive reactions such as blepharitis and eyelid
dermatitis.
If the above reactions occur, discontinue using the drug.
PERHATIAN
- Hanya digunakan untuk mata.
- Jangan memakai lensa kontak pada saat menggunakan HYALOPH ® Tetes Mata.
- Pada saat pemakaian obat, jangan menyentuhkan
ujung botol tetes mata pada mata untuk menghindari
terjadinya kontaminasi pada obat.
DOSIS
Teteskan pada mata satu tetes 5 - 6 kali sehari.

PRECAUTIONS
- Route of administration: ophthalmic use only.
- Patients should not wear contact lenses when using
HYALOPH ® Eye Drops.
- Not to touch the tip of the bottle to the eye directly in
order to avoid the contamination of the drug.
