Cleaning, rinsing and etching of wafers and substrates consumes thousands of cubic meters of UPW per day in a typical fab. This wastewater requires proper treatment plus a reliable measurement system that will analyze and control recycle/reclaim/reuse waters to avoid costly chemical incursions or to comply with environmental discharge requirements.
