• 1994 -The TIU consortium began with 4
school districts in Huntingdon, Fulton,
Mifflin, and Juniata Counties and TIU
11.
• 1995 -TIU 11 and the 7 districts became
the South Central Regional Consortium
(SCRC) of the Partners in Distance
Learning (PDL).
