Scheduling – SMART Scheduler allows the SMART Bridgit server to integrate
with Microsoft Exchange Server & Outlook Clients to enable the ability to preschedule and book recurring meetings on the Bridgit server with randomly
generated or host defined passwords

Multi-location Networking- Bridgit Global Server Network (GSN)
provides a new method of delivering increased scaleability (replaces current
clustering architecture), WAN bandwidth optimization and improved
supportability for a multi-site Bridgit server deployment

future meetings on the Bridgit server via integration with
Microsoft Exchange and an Outlook Add-in

SMART Scheduler: Server-Side
SMART Scheduler is a stand-alone service or server application
that logs on to and monitors a specified Bridgitmeetings
Microsoft Exchange server ( 2003/2007) account and
communicates with the SMART Bridgit master server to initiate
scheduled meetings
SMART Scheduler Server plays two unique roles;
1) as a Client to the Exchange Server
2) as a Exchange Representative for the Bridgit Server
SMART Scheduler Server 

Holds all the scheduling information provided by the Exchange Server

Can book on multiple SMART Bridgit Servers (if admin rights are
granted)

Initiates the meeting on the Bridgit Server ( 15 mins prior to start time)

Communicates the credentials and parameters of the meeting

Efficiently preserves and manages the Bridgit user meeting IDs

SMART Scheduler: Client-side

In order to leverage the SMART Scheduler functionality users
must install the SMART Scheduler Outlook Add-in onto their
machine (PC) . This could be accomplished remotely.

SMART Bridgit Outlook add-in requires two configuration
parameters
1) SMART Bridgit Server (domain name)
2) SMART Scheduling Mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange Server

Once installed - User checks SMART Scheduler in Outlook Meeting
Request to automatically schedule a SMART Bridgit Meeting for
this invite

When the meeting is scheduled successfully, a url/link to the
meeting on the Bridgit Server and instructions on how to join are
provided in the Microsoft Outlook meeting invite mail.

Meetings are set up on the Bridgit server 15 mins prior to start

SMART Bridgit GSN: How it works!
Meetings in an enterprise often include multiple participants in multiple locations.
SMART Bridgit GSN improves bandwidth utilization by ensuring participants are
connected to the fastest server and reducing the data streams, round trip delays
between locations.
Instead of Clustering (deploying multiple servers in one location) to scale, Bridgit
Servers can be deployed in multi-sites and register into a single GSN Domain
simplifying user connectivity and leveraging available WAN bandwidth more
efficiently and effectively.
