Data entry DMO level in the initial phase and PHCs in the next phase. Optimise Data Entry for reducing workload of Health workers Include all non-governmental health care institutions also in the reporting process later stage. Provide feedback to the reporting institutions, so that they are motivated. Provide spatial analysis capability through GIS integration.
