MA ROLE • MEDICATION RECONCILIATION • CHECKS LAST REFILL DATE FOR PATIENT COMPLIANCE. • DOCUMENTS IN SOAP NOTE ANY CHANGES AND IF ABLE DISCUSSES NEW ISSUES WITH MD PRIOR TO HIM SEEING THE PATIENT.
