I am challenged when I have to talk with and engage employees in a discussion about how performance improvement. I don’t always know how and when to assert myself as a leader. I am not always clear how to align my goals and the goals of my team with the City of Dallas’ strategic direction. It is challenging for me to adjust or flex my communication style to work effectively with others with different communication and personality styles. Is it time to take your leadership to a higher altitude? Should you enroll in this program? Are you a member of the department’s leadership team?
