I have created a logic model before. I am new to logic models. My partnership has clearly defined outcomes that we all agree to. I can articulate what success looks like for my partnership. What is a Logic Model? Logic model=road map Graphic representation of intended relationships between what you do and what will result from your partnership Why is it beneficial? Older adults increased the amount of calcium-rich foods they eat. 75 adults have consistently attended the nutrition workshops. A series of lessons on healthy eating were taught. Participants serve more than one kind of vegetable to their families every day. What makes a “good” outcome?
