Care and rehabilitation help the survivor: • adapt to difficulties • prevent secondary complications • educate family members to play a supporting role. rehabilitation team • nursing staff, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and usually a physician trained in rehabilitation medicine
