Holocaust was the system
sponsored murder of Jews
and others by the nazis
during World War 11
(1939-1945).
In addition to Jews, the
Nazis systematically killed
millions of other people
whom Hitler regarded as
racially inferior politically
dangerous.
•
Himmler was squeamish, and one occasion
he almost fainted at the spectacle of a
hundred Jews, including woman, being shot
to death on the Russian front. This helped
lead to the introduction of poison gas as ´´a
more humane means´´ of execution´´.
•
Himmler gained jurisdiction over the courts
and the civil service as well. He used these
powers to exploit Jews ans Slavs as as salve
labores, to gas millions of Jews, and to
institute pseudo-medical experiments on
“asocial individuals” (Jews, Gypsies, and
criminals), to determine their resistance to
extremes of cold and decompression.
The killing of the Jews represented for
Himmler the fulfillment of a mission.
The “Final Solution” was the means to
achieve the racial supremacy of the “Aryan”
and purify the world contamination by
subhumans.
