ABSORPTION CAPACITY OF BENEFICIARY SHOULD BE CHECKED
BEFORE APPROVING NEW PROJECTS/ LESSON LEARNED FROM
PREVIOUS PROGRAMME YEAR.
FOR PROJECTS WITH SEVERAL BENEFICIARIES, STEERING
COMMITTEES ARE NECESSARY.
