Objective
To identify enterprises in their own
countries and oversea and to propose
feasible action plans regarding to how
best to improve enterprise and
entrepreneurial development.
Participants work in groups of number of similarity
type of work (total 4 groups). Guide questions and
guideline of presentation are provided.

–How much does the SME sector contribute to your country economy?
•Major (two or three) challenges of growing SME and business clusters in your

•One or two common challenges regard to the business cluster among your group.
Group 2 : Business Development Service
•What kind of business development services provide/receive in your country (from
government, association such as Chamber of Commerce)?
•What are the agencies or ministries involved in the business development service
(public, private, civil society)
•Challenges or issue the for business development service
•Common issues encountered among your group
