Our Business Model

Potential Customer should have an own sales and/or
distribution network or dealerships

Depending on the country, the customer might invest in the
local homologation of the vehicles (if not already existing).
Kyto will organize the country specific homologation and if
necessary makes specific adjustments of the product

Kyto either can ship fully assembled vehicles or CKD kits
from China. A Spare Part agreement can be defined.

For a license fee, exclusivity rights
