What is a Database
• a database is a collection of records stored in a
computer in a systematic way, so that you to find
useful information.
• Collection of all the data related to a particular
topic or purpose -- for example, student data,
customer data or product data.
• Most common type of database is a “Relational”
database, which is a collection of related tables
that share information.
