The new branch at 44-46 Allerton Road in Woolton will help to satisfy demand for legal services in the area. Although offering the firm’s full spectrum of legal services the office will focus particularly on property, conveyancing and lifetime planning advice, including wills and probate. It is expected that at least three new jobs will be created by the opening. Established over 150 years ago, Maxwell Hodge Solicitors is one of the regions oldest firms. It has eight existing offices across Merseyside, Liverpool and Wirral including branches in Formby, Maghull, Aintree, Kirkby, Huyton, Heswall, West Kirby and Liverpool city centre. Banking partner Royal Bank of Scotland has supported its expansion with funding towards the renovation cost of the new premises. Simon Leyland, Chief Executive at Maxwell Hodge Solicitors explains: “We have been considering the opening of an office in the South Liverpool area for some time as geographically this is where we had a gap in our network offering. On examination of the local market we felt that Woolton would be an excellent place for us to open a branch given the potential for new clients from the village and surrounding areas. “We are really pleased that the office is now up and running. We have made a significant investment in the property, completely transforming the interior and are delighted with the result. “The support we have received from the bank has helped to achieve our goal of expanding the business and I am delighted with the relationship we have with the bank.” Andy Webster, Relationship Director at Royal Bank of Scotland added: “I am pleased that we have been able to support Simon and his fellow Directors with their expansion of Maxwell Hodge Solicitors. The new office opening is a significant step for the company and I am sure will prove to be a successful ninth addition to their portfolio.” “The support we have received from the bank has helped to achieve our goal of expanding the business and I am delighted with the relationship we have with the bank.” Simon Leyland, Chief Executive at Maxwell Hodge Solicitors To find out more For further information, please contact your Relationship Manager www.rbsbusinessconnections.co.uk Security may be required.
