Day 01 Arrive Muscat
Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport. Our local representative will be waiting outside the customs
area to welcome and transfer you to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore this capital city of
Oman. Muscat offers a unique opportunity to witness a modern commercial centre existing in harmony
with its traditional culture. Today explore Muscat on own. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02 Muscat
After breakfast, proceed for city tour - visit Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, an architectural monument and
Bait Al Zubair museum, which showcases Omani heritage with a vast collection of antiques, traditional
Omani weaponry, jewellery, costumes, domestic utensils and recreated urban and rural environments.
After drive through old Muscat, surrounded by steep mountains and flanked by the twin 16th century
Jalali and Mirani forts, extends to Al Alam Palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos. A stop at Muttrah, the
main port area, leads to explore an ancient and colorful souk. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at
the Hotel.
Day 03 Muscat – Ras Al Hadd
After breakfast, proceed travelling through the Eastern Hajjar Mountains you head south east to the
fishing village and proceed to Tiwi and Fins where a beautiful white sandy beach beckons for a relaxing
swim. Then continue your journey on the graded track to Wadi Shab, one of Oman’s most spectacular
wadis, flowing with fresh water most of the year alongside banana plantations and rocky paths. The
drive along the coastal road takes visitors to Sur and Ras Al Hadd. Arrive Ras Al had and check in at
hotel. After dinner we will visit the turtle beach in Ras Al Jinz, a protected Green turtle nesting reserve.
During the nesting season, turtles can be seen laying eggs at night. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 04 Ras Al HAdd – Wadi Bani Khalid
After breakfast, Proceed to Wadi Bani Khalid, the evergreen wadi adorned with cascading water, forming
a turquoise green pool, ideal for swimming. The journey continues to Wahaiba Sands, one of the most
fascinating and mysterious regions of Oman. Notably, the dunes support an astonishing variety of flora
and fauna and the ever changing patterns of dunes are a photographer's delight. Visitors can ride camels
or experience the adventure of dune driving. Overnight stay at 1000 Nights Camp.
Day 05 Wadi Bani Khalid - Nizwa
Breakfast at the hotel. Today experience the true sights and sounds of Oman. Check out and proceed to
the Dakhalia region of Oman, via the Samail passes and the three abandoned villages of Birkat Al‐Mouz.
Visit the Nizwa, the ancient capital in the interior region. Stroll through its famous souq where silver and
copper persmiths produce exquisite ornaments before your very eyes. Souvenir hunters will treasure the
famous Omani khanjar, coffee pot and copper vessels. Proceed to the historic Nizwa Fort and thereafter
break for lunch at a traditional Omani restaurant. Arrive at hotel and check in. Rest of the day free at
leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 06 Nizwa - Muscat
After breakfast, The journey continues to Wadi al Madeen, from where a 36‐km drive through a scenic
mountain road brings visitors to Al Jabal Al Akhdar (2000 metres above sea level), the green mountain of
Hajjar mountain ranges, a truly unique attraction in the Arabian Peninsula. Al Jabal Al Akhdar is famed
for its temperate cool climate and tropical fruit orchards. The villages overlook a spectacular landscape of
awesome peaks, gorges and wadis. While returning, visitors can explore the atmospheric village of Birkat
al Mauz. The drive continues back to Muscat. Arrive and check in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 07 Muscat
After breakfast check out and transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
It’s time to say good bye to all new friends you have made and take back warm memories of your trip.

Tour price does not include:
1. Passport, Visa charges, International Airfares & Airport taxes
2. Cost granted by the Reserve Bank of India under the Basic Travel Quota scheme.
3. Any increase in the rate of exchange, surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come
into effect, prior to departure.
4. Porterage, tips, insurance, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, optional tours and all items
of personal nature and also food & drinks not forming part of the group menus.
5. Anything not specifically mentioned in “Tour Price Includes” box.
Visa requirements:
You must be in possession of a single entry visa for Oman. Visa charges are applicable extra (0-10 days is
Approx USD 45/- per person).
Passport:
To join the tour you must be in possession of a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of
travel.
