 Air Force NETCENTS II Program Manager Assignment Levels: Senior Clearance Level: Top Secret Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Preferred) Location: Remote Job Duties: The Air Force NETCENTS II Program Manager (NOSB PM) will oversee the NETCENTS II PMO strategy, operations, capture, proposal writing, and delivery of task orders for NetOps and Application Services. Responsibilities will include the following: 





Develop and manage the NETCENTS II task order pipeline for both NetOps and Small Business Applications and set the strategic direction of the organization. Manage a team of solution architects in developing technical solutions and proposals to win work for the company around the world. Build and manage relationships with Air Force Major Command staffs and work across the company for synergizing efforts across multiple contracts to include GSA OASIS Small Business Pool 3 Engineering. Lead market analysis and prepares marketing and capture plans for new or follow‐on opportunities. In conjunction with the proposal manager, assess the capabilities of our teammates and build teaming arrangements for engagements in the pipeline. Assist the solution architects to further develop processes and procedures for the pursuit of opportunities, and expand our ISO/CMMI process and business development maturity level. Qualifications (Possess experience in the following): 







Program Manager with at least 20 Years’ Experience Large Program and Task Order Delivery Experience PMP Certification Required CISSP Certification Required Capability Maturity Model Integration Practical Experience Required ITIL Foundations Certification Required Cloud Solutions DoD Architecture Framework 












Network Engineering Applications Management to include Software Engineering Cyber Security Enterprise Application Integration (with emphasis in the Capability Maturity Model) Software Development and Lifecycle Maintenance Web Services Public Key Infrastructure Base Telecommunications Architecture and Infrastructure Proposal Development and Capture AF Network Architecture Joint Information Environment Architecture and Standards Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)/Internet Protocol (IP), wide area networking protocols, multi‐protocol label switching and network encryption protocols Knowledge with Microsoft, WMWare, EMC, and other DoD and Air Force Original Equipment Manufacturers Required Skills/Education: Candidates must be a US Citizen and possess a DoD Top Secret Clearance. NOSB PM will travel approximately 25 – 35% of the time. BS with minimum of 15 years’ experience in network management, systems administration, or systems engineering is required. Technical and engineering experience in Network Operations and Cyber is required. Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi‐task across many different areas to include working multiple technical proposals in parallel.
