pathofstrongairturbulenceaminimumof4to6ft.Fortypicalplacementrefertolocationdiagramsbelow.
Switchpack:
Theswitchpackisgenerallymountedabovetheceilingontheoutsideofthejunctionboxthatcontainsahotline,
neutralandtheexistingswitchlegfromwhichthelightingiscontrolled.Ifadditionalswitchpacksarerequired,theyare
mountedontheoutsideoftheboxescontainingtheappropriateswitchlegs.Ininstallationswheretherearenoexisting
switchlegs,theswitchpackmaybemountedontheoutsideofanyconventionalstandardjunctionbox,withorwithoutan
extensionring.

Checkout and Adjustment
MANUAL MODE OPERATION:
Nomanualadjustmentsnecessaryatinstallation.Thesensorwillautomaticallysetthetimedelaytothe
recommendedsettingof10minuteswhenleftattheinstallertestsettingafterlightsareOFFforaminimumperiodof5
minutes.Atinstallation,thesensorwillscanthecoverageareatodeterminetheoptimumsensitivitysetting.MicroSet™
PIRCeilingSensorscontinuallyself-adjustsensitivityandtimedelayautomaticallyandimmediatelyinresponseto
occupantbehavior,eliminatingtheneedto“learn”behaviorpatternsovertime.Thisreducestheneedforfollow-up
adjustments.DIPswitchoverrideallowstimedelaytobelockedat30minutes.

InbothFullandHalfLogicmodes,lightsconnectedtotheyellowcontrolleadwillnotturnONuponoccupancy

After activation:
FullLogicMode-shouldtheambientlightlevelexceedthepresetfoot-candlelevel,thelightsconnectedtothe
yellowcontrolleadwillturnOFF.ThelightswillremainOFF,untiltheambientlightlevelfallsbelowthesetpoint.
HalfLogicMode–theoutputstateoftheyellowcontrolleadwillnotchangewithambientlightchanges,after
occupancyactivation.
