*Upon Expiration of initial contract term, service will continue month to month at
contract rate until it is cancelled by either party. Any change in service requires a
completed DSL Service Change Request. A $19.95 shipping and handling
charge will apply to DSL order if kit is not picked up at BRMEMC.net office.
Equipment is new or a fully inspected, tested and warranted unit. Equipment
provided with the one-year commitment offer will vary by location. Annual
commitment required. If service is cancelled, a $99 early termination fee applies.
If you purchase maximum connection speed of up to 1.5 Mbps/384Kbps, you will
be provisioned at 1.5Mbps/384Kbps or 768Kbps/128Kbps speeds according to
Verizon standard loop qualification guidelines. In general, where customer loop
lengths on ATM network are longer than 12,000 ft, customer will be provisioned
at 768Kbps/128Kbps service.
DSL Data Services are provided by BRMEMC.net with use of Verizon DSL
circuits. Acceptance of BRMEMC.net Terms of Service required. DSL charges
begin on Verizon complete date. If service is cancelled before agreement is
fulfilled a $99 early cancellation fee may apply. Any surcharges charged by
Telco will be applied to your monthly bill. Service not available to all locations;
availability subject to final verification by BRMEMC.net following order. Offer for
Verizon local telephone customers only. Separate local and toll usage charges
may apply for dialup connection. NIC card required (sold separately).
Throughput speeds vary and speeds and uninterrupted service not guaranteed.
Actual speed provisioned will be up to 1.5 Mbps or 768Kbps downstream based
on Verizon network guidelines. Use of router with multiple PC’s may decrease
throughput speeds. Networking requires a router and adapters, sold separately.
Networked computers run on a single DSL connection using a single IP address.
Customer responsible for annual domain name registration and transfer fees.
Availability of company name for domain or email name not guaranteed. Domain
name registration limited to .net, .com, and .org extensions. Acceptance of
VeriSign terms of service required for domain name registration. Terms and
