EXCEL® and PAB® IV Containers

In 1983, it introduced the nation’s first PVC-free, DEHP-free,
plastic IV partial additive bag, PAB; and in 1989, the first
PVC-free, DEHP-free and Latex-free large volume bag, EXCEL.
That’s why clinicians and safety experts turn to B. Braun for
safe and convenient IV containers.
EXCEL IV Container products are packaged in 250, 500, and
1000 mL containers. PAB Partial Additive Bags are now available
with a Latex-free medication add port and are packaged with
partial fills ranging from 25 mL to 100 mL and 150 mL.

The Dual-Chamber Bags are a significant improvement in the safe and effective use of 3-in-1 Parenteral Nutrition
admixtures in both home care and hospital settings. All PINNACLE TPN Bags are made of EVA material, ethylene vinyl
acetate, which are PVC-free and DEHP-free.
The DCB can be connected to the system by using the PINNACLE DCB Filling Set that connects/disconnects from your
current transfer set in a matter of seconds, allowing the flow of Lipids to go directly in the upper chamber and the
diversion of the other admixtures to be displaced in the lower chamber.
