My role has been to provide ophthalmology exams and surgery on a volunteer basis to patients who are part of the Good News Care Center. Between 50 and 100 patient exams are performed at my office each year, and 5 to 10 surgeries (cataract, ptyergium and corneal transplants) are provided to patients each years. 36
