Part-time role as In-House Counsel role for family founded businesses on part time basis. Provided extensive in-house counsel

software development and computer management systems, real estate expertise regarding acquisition, development and related
zoning affairs. Work recognized and awarded by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and led team to facilitate the
drafting of key regulations and guidelines. As of March, 2015, businesses have been fully divested. However, the experience
gained from the participation therein, approximately one day per week since 1999, adds invaluable skills to my curriculum vitae
as an attorney.

Schmidt v. Adidas, Superior Court of New Jersey, No. OCN-L-1248-01 – National settlement against Adidas Company for
consumer fraud, requiring a donation of millions of dollars of equipment to youth throughout the United States for
misrepresenting their products to consumers, Class Action Plaintiffs represented by David Shulick and Lawrence Cohan and
the Anapol lawfirm.
Trocadero Theater v. House of Blues, United States District Court, E.D. Pa., Number 05-6621 – breach of contract action in
favor of Trocadero resulting in confidential settlement. Plaintiff Trocadero represented by David Shulick.
Mullaney, et. al.. v. Temptco Steel, et. al., United States District Court, E.D. Pa., 98-379 – multi-million dollar fraud case by
former employees due to alleged commission calculations, and counterclaims for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary
duty, resulting in a significant confidential settlement in favor of Plaintiff employees represented by David Shulick
Tierney v. Firemans Fund Insurance Company/Allianze Insurance, United States District Court, E.D.Pa., 00-3201 –
Americans with Disabilities litigation resulting in a substantial confidential settlement for Plaintiff represented by David

Carpenter v. BMW of North America, United States District Court, E.D. Pa, 99-214 – Confidential settlement of a national
class action alleging consumer fraud by BMW of North America resulting from misrepresentations in product marketing
